Overview

IRCS TNB has been imparting short term (six months) Nurse Aide Training Courses to the economically downtrodden slum girls for the past 16 years.

The Training Programme has been supporting by Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, Chennai. Under this Training Programme so far 1000 slum girls were benefitted. One year Diploma in Health Assistant Course has been conducting since 2011. The said course was sanctioned by Tamil Nadu Open University, Chennai. Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation have sanctioned to impart Nurse Aide training course (75 days) through Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, Chennai to IRCS TNB.

Free Medical Camp

On 08.01.2023 VADGD students attended the Free Medical Camp at M/s Makkal Clinic at Peravallur Chennai, which was conducted by IRCS-TNB

On 12.01.2023 VADGD students and Mrs.J.NESA PUSHPAM (Nursing Tutor) First Aid (Temporary Dispensary) stall at Nehru Indoor Stadium, around 1500 students and Teachers from 6th to 12th will be participating from various Districts. Further 5000 visitors will be participating in the above said programe .The prize distribution programe is presided over by Mr.M.K.Stalin,Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu State Government.

Since 1994, the Vocational Advanced Diploma in General Duty Assistant (VADGD) Course is in recruiting and training rural girls and imparting skills in nursing care for        2 years. Totally 40 Students are studying in above said course.  The Students participated in Blood Donation Camp, Medical Camp, etc.,

On 08.01.2023 VADGD students attended the Free Medical Camp at M/s Makkal Clinic at Peravallur Chennai, which was conducted by Day Care Hospital, IRCS-TNB.

For AY 2023-2025 we have enrolled 18 students for first year (New Admission)online admission process is going on ..we have started theory classes for both first and second year..every day we deputed students at Day care hospital and Physiotherapy unit…..we are planning for clinical training at outside hospital setup from November Month Onwards.
