The Ad-hoc Committee has recommended a training session for all our employees. Accordingly, The Staff training session was held on 27th October 2023 at 10.00 am in the meeting hall and focus on orientating ourselves with our principles, values and volunteerism in serving humanity as a team. The Session was taken by Dr.Sam Jebin Manohar, a resource person, a renewed facilitator and mentor from Talalign, Bangaluru.
Dr.Sam has worked in an organization of repute like Aptean, SLK Software, Brigade Group, HMT and finally as a CEO in an NGO working for upliftment of down trodden people across Tamil Nadu. His unique ability to grasp people issues in diversified cultures across geographies and designing solutions for managing complex people issues were well acclaimed. The entire staff members were attender and benefited from this programme.
