TENDER NOTICE

Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Tamil Nadu Branch, Chennai invites sealed bids under Two Cover System from eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Equipment for Blood Centre at IRCS Tamil Nadu Branch, Egmore, Chennai.

The tender consists of:

• Main Tender Document
• Equipment-wise Specification Documents (EQP-01 to EQP-10)
• Annexure Formats

Interested bidders may download the tender documents from the official website and submit sealed bids as per the instructions mentioned in the tender.

IMPORTANT DATES

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS

• The tender shall be submitted under Two Cover System consisting of:
  • Technical Bid
  • Financial Bid
• Both covers shall be sealed separately and enclosed inside one master sealed cover.
• The outer sealed cover shall be clearly superscribed in bold letters with:
  • Tender Reference Number
  • Tender Name
  • “DO NOT OPEN – TENDER DOCUMENT”
• Bids submitted without proper sealing, superscription, supporting documents or prescribed annexures are liable for rejection.
• Quotations/documents shall NOT be handed over to any staff member directly.
• Quotations/documents shall NOT be sent through WhatsApp.
• Financial quotations shall NOT be sent through Email.
• Bidders may visit the IRCS Tamil Nadu Branch office during working days for clarification regarding the tender.
• All communication and clarification requests may be addressed only to the Purchase Department.
• The bidder shall submit:
  • Main Tender Document
  • Equipment-wise Bid Documents
  • EQP Annexures
  • Supporting Technical Documents
  • Financial Bid
• Each page of the submitted tender documents shall be signed and sealed by the authorized signatory.
• Indian Red Cross Society reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
